Hi, I’m Jesús Balandrano Ramírez, a photographer based in Santa Barbara, California. I focus on capturing portraits that feel natural, intentional, and connected. Whether it’s a graduation, a creative portrait, or a session just because, my goal is to document you as you are, without pressure.

I hold a background in art and sociology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and am currently pursuing a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy at Loyola Marymount University. That work has a profound impact on how I approach each session with curiosity, care, and a focus on emotional presence. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m probably going on a walk and listening to electro pop or working on my line dance moves.
